第五十条 有下列行为之一的，处五日以下拘留或者一千元以下罚款；情节较重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处一千元以下罚款：
（五）伪造、变造船舶户牌，买卖或者使用伪造、变造的船舶户牌，或者涂改船舶发动机号码的。
